MayFair Returns to NTRC

The Northland Therapeutic Riding Center is bringing back its MayFair event on Saturday May 14 from 10 am – 4 pm at the riding arena. MayFair is a family-friendly event that includes food, shopping from local artisans and businesses, prizes and raffles, and chances to interact with animals at the center.

Over 20 local businesses and artisans will be on hand selling items like quilts, jewelry, art, ceramics, and floral items. There will also be free activities for the kids, free flower crowns from Bea's Flowers, and food for sale from Weenies and Paninis.

Participants will also enjoy a chance to get their picture taken with Riding Center goats Bert and Ernie or mini horses Pete and Snickers, as well as meet some of the center’s superhero horses.

The goal of Northland Therapeutic Riding Center is to improve the quality of life of persons with special needs, and create a sense of hope in their future. Money raised from MayFair will go to support the Riding Center’s mission. MayFair will held at the Riding Center at 13608 Henson Road in Holt.
