Kearney Parks Opens Pickleball Leagues

The Kearney Parks and Recreation Department is now offering spring, summer and fall pickleball leagues with a tournament after each session. Pickleball league signups are now live at KearneyParks.com.

The Kearney Parks and Recreation Department is offering nine divisions for participants.

The schedule will consist of a 6-week league with a 7th week double elimination tournament. Competitive leagues will have 3 matches per night. All league divisions will be held on courts 1-7 at the Kearney Pickleball Complex at 619 E 19th Street.

The beginner's league is for true beginners to learn the game better through playing. The Social league is intended for beginner to intermediate players who want a fun, lightly competitive game. Advanced Social is for skilled players looking for a fun, relaxed league.

Monday Nights:

1. Beginner League: Women or Mixed Doubles

2. Social Mixed League: Women or Mixed Doubles

3. Advanced Social Mixed League: Women or Mixed Doubles

 Tuesday Nights:

1. Intermediate Women's Doubles

2. Competitive Women's Doubles

3. Social Women's Doubles

 Wednesday Nights:

1. Intermediate Mixed: Women or Mixed Doubles

2. Competitive Mixed: Women or Mixed Doubles

3. Social Mixed Doubles 2: Women or Mixed Doubles

 Thursday Nights:

1. Intermediate Men's Doubles

2. Competitive Men's Doubles

 Friday Nights:

1. Singles: Men or Women

Anticipated spring session starts on April 1. Participant registration is located at KearneyParks.com.
