Following much anticipation, the Kearney Parks and Recreation Department has added Pickleball leagues to their summer line-up of sports leagues. All games are played at the Kearney Pickleball Courts, on East 19th St, next to Kearney High School.

Adult league games are played at 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM or 8:30 PM.

Social Mixed* League - Monday Nights
Women's League - Tuesday Nights
Intermediate League - Wednesday Nights
Competitive League - Thursday Nights

Both players on each team must sign up for all leagues. There will be a place for players to enter who your partner is on the form.

Anticipated Start: The Week of June 27 and the fee is $25.

The youth leagues play at the Kearney Pickleball Courts on Sunday evenings, and will be split into 3 divisions by grade, with 2-4th grade, 5-7th grade 8-12th grade divisions playing at 6:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 8:00 PM respectively. Each division plays for 1 hour.

For the first 2 weeks, there will be 30 minutes of instruction, and 30 minutes of playing. The last 3 weeks of the league will be a tournament.

The Parks and Recreation Department will have paddles available to use, or participants may bring their own paddle. The teams will be assigned during the league.

Anticipated Start: July 10 and the fee is $35.
