Public Relations Manager Sarah Boyd said that the Sheriff’s Office is now waiting on toxicology reports. “Autopsies have been conducted, and we are now waiting on toxicology results, which will take several more weeks,” she said.

Sheriff’s Office detectives began investigating the deaths after responding to the home in the 400 block of Wherritt Lane at about 1 pm on July 21. A neighbor called the Sheriff’s Office to report not seeing the resident for some time.

When deputies arrived at the home, they found one adult male and two adult female relatives deceased. A dog was also found dead inside the home. Investigators did not find obvious signs of foul play and are not currently looking for persons of interest in the investigation.
